Homeless people in the Port Phillip area who suffer from mental illness have a hard time coping with their illness. Not surprisingly, their ability to attend to their mental health needs is significantly impaired by their circumstances. This submission seeks suggest a way of meeting this need with a community focused mental health outreach program.
